Your first Yoga Therapy session will be tailored to you!
During the initial 90-minute session, we will discuss your health and personal history, health concerns and lifestyle practices. Depending on the information gathered in this initial intake, Denyse may conduct a breath assessment, a postural assessment and muscle testing to identify any musculoskeletal imbalance. Together, we will set goals for your personalized, therapeutic yoga practice.
You will leave your first session with a plan that addresses your specific needs, which may include breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation and physical postures. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your completed intake form. Follow-up visits range from 60 to 75 minutes.
